The Word Hunter Terms of Service

1. Service

The Word Hunter provides an English vocabulary learning platform accessible at thewordhunter.net. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Subscription & Billing

The Word Hunter offers up to seven starter video lessons with no payment method required. Creating an account does not unlock the full archive or reset the starter allowance; a free account may replay its granted starter lessons and unlock one new recommended lesson per calendar day. Guests can preview one page of PDF Review after opening a lesson. Signed-in users, including free accounts, can review all their opened lessons and preview the full contents of their personal PDF Review. Generating, saving, or printing a PDF requires active Premium access. Previously granted account previews remain valid until their original expiry. Daily lessons do not accumulate when unused. You may then start a 14-day Premium subscription trial by providing a payment method. You are not charged when that subscription trial starts. Unless you cancel before it ends, you will be charged $4.99/month beginning after the 14-day trial, and the subscription will renew automatically until canceled. Subscription billing is processed by Polar Software, Inc. or the applicable app store, and cancellations take effect at the end of the applicable trial or billing period.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Share your account credentials with others
Reproduce or redistribute content from the platform
Attempt to scrape, download, or extract video content
Use the service for any unlawful purpose

4. Content

All vocabulary content, videos, and educational materials on The Word Hunter are the property of The Word Hunter and may not be reproduced without written permission.

5. Third-party Publishing

The Word Hunter may integrate with third-party platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, only for authorized account connection and publishing features. Users are responsible for content they choose to publish through connected third-party platforms and must follow each platform's terms and policies.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
